Recordings are captured on a portable system by a select collection of world-class microphones from Josephson, DPA, Earthworks and Gefell, via archival-grade Metric Halo preamps and converters, backed up by high resolution Sony recorders. 

Mixed and mastered in Logic Pro and Davinci Resolve Studio using Metric Halo and dCS converters, ATC and Genelec monitoring, and plugins from Fabfilter, iZotope, Goodhertz and 2CAudio.

The Josephson C700S microphone excels at producing phase coherent recordings with incredible imaging, depth and realism. Essentially three mics in one with no compromises, capable of capturing anything from a solo voice or instrument, to a choir or orchestra, and even surround sound. It is effortlessly natural sounding both on and off axis. When recording with the Josephson C700S, we have the option of capturing the group in the space - or placing the group around the microphone. Realistically and flatteringly - or both, and achievable in post!
